Say It With Conviction – Assertiveness Training

Using your assertiveness well is good for your mental health and well-being; reaches out to others to share thoughts, ideas and concerns; provides more options and solutions without someone pushing to be “right” or being a corporate bully; opens the lines of communication at all levels and builds respect for everyone. This sends the message that everyone’s input is valued! This half-day session is intended to help people gain the confidence to speak up, learn to deal with some of the barriers they perceive, to experience the success of participating and to step out in the world by sharing their thoughts and opinions using a variety of tips and techniques. People will leave the workshop feeling more confident in their abilities and to see a future they would like to have.
