Everyone experiences stress in their life, but not all people handle it well. Sometimes It comes in waves and can overwhelm people, and other times it may be a one-time incident that causes us to tense up and lose focus. This workshop will highlight the areas of life where stress can occur, the impact it can have on our physical health and mental well-being, how it can affect productivity and both our home and work environments. If we don’t recognize when stress is in our life, then it can be a real detriment, but if we do recognize it, it just might turn out to be a real motivator! We will cover the causes, signs and consequences of stress when it happens. We will also establish many strategies that can work for everyone to help them become happy, productive people.
